Community Standards & Safety Policy

Applies to Singles, Partners, Scouts, Guests, and all participants across all LKC Entities.

As a participant in LKC and any of its affiliates, representatives, subsidiaries, divisions, partner brands, or future entities (“LKC Entities”), you agree to uphold the following community standards designed to protect the safety, dignity, and elevated culture of the Agency:

Community Conduct

• Respectful Behavior — Treat all members, Partners, Scouts, and representatives with respect, dignity, and maturity.
• No Harassment — Harassment, stalking, intimidation, threats, manipulation, or pressure of any kind is strictly prohibited.
• No Bullying — Bullying, belittling, or emotionally harmful behavior is not tolerated.
• No Discrimination — Discrimination based on race, gender, identity, orientation, age, religion, or background is prohibited.

Safety & Boundaries

• Boundary Respect — Respect personal, emotional, and physical boundaries at all times.
• No Sexual Misconduct — Sexual misconduct, solicitation, or inappropriate advances are strictly prohibited.
• No Illegal Activity — Illegal activity of any kind is not permitted within the LKC ecosystem.

Event & Experience Standards

• Event Conduct — All participants must behave respectfully and responsibly at LKC events, experiences, and gatherings.
• No Disruption — Disruptive behavior, drama, or conflict that harms the community is prohibited.
• Alcohol Responsibility — Participants must consume alcohol responsibly and follow venue rules.

Communication Standards

• Elevated Communication — Communicate with kindness, clarity, and maturity.
• No Spam or Misuse — Do not misuse the platform for spam, mass messaging, or inappropriate communication.

Data & Privacy

• Privacy Protection — Do not share or distribute personal information, conversations, or interactions outside the LKC ecosystem.
• Database Integrity — Do not copy, export, scrape, or repurpose any information from the LKC database.

Reporting & Enforcement

• Reporting Issues — Participants may report safety concerns or violations to LKC leadership.
• Zero‑Tolerance Enforcement — LKC may suspend or terminate participation for violations of this policy.

• Community Commitment — By participating in LKC, you agree to uphold these standards and contribute positively to the community.
