As a Single joining LKC®, I affirm the following commitments, responsibilities, and standards of conduct:
COMMUNITY CONDUCT & PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
1. Community Conduct — I will show up with maturity, respect, and grounded energy toward all singles, partners, scouts, and guests.
2. Consenting Adults — I understand that all interactions within LKC® are voluntary and between consenting adults. My personal choices and outcomes are my own responsibility.
3. Safety Commitment — I agree to prioritize my own safety and make decisions with awareness, intention, and personal responsibility.
4. Matching Technology Clarification — I acknowledge that LKC® uses lifestyle-based technology to suggest aligned singles and facilitate introductions. • LKC® is not an escort service. • LKC® does not arrange sexual encounters or guarantee romantic, physical, or emotional outcomes. • LKC® provides introductions and opportunities, not promises. • All connections are self-directed, voluntary, and based on mutual adult consent. • I understand that I am joining a lifestyle agency, not a service that manages or directs my personal decisions.
5. No Illegal Activity — I will not engage in or solicit any illegal behavior, including drugs, sexual misconduct, or any activity that violates local, state, or federal law.
PRIVACY, BOUNDARIES & INFORMATION PROTECTION
1. Privacy Respect — I will respect the privacy of all singles, partners, scouts, and third-party collaborators. I will not share personal details, photos, or conversations without explicit consent.
2. No Recording or Media Misuse — I will not record, film, or photograph any member without explicit consent. I will not post LKC® content publicly without permission.
3. No Data Harvesting — I will not collect, scrape, store, or export member information for any external purpose.
4. Personal Boundaries — I will honor my own boundaries and the boundaries of others. I will not pursue anyone romantically or physically in a way that feels pressured or unwelcome.
5. Truthful Representation — I affirm that all information I provide to LKC® is accurate and truthful. I will not misrepresent my identity, age, relationship status, or intentions.
EVENTS, EXPERIENCES & THIRD-PARTY INTERACTIONS
1. Event Etiquette — I will arrive on time, bring grounded energy, and contribute to an elevated environment aligned with LKC® standards.
2. Third-Party Event Disclaimer — I understand that LKC® is not responsible for any third-party events, venues, vendors, or experiences. • Participation is voluntary. • I attend at my own discretion. • I am responsible for my own safety and choices.
3. Hosted Event Responsibility — If I host an event or trip, I assume full responsibility for the environment, participants, and outcomes. LKC® is not liable for any issues arising from events I personally organize.
4. Alcohol Responsibility — I will maintain full awareness of my actions and avoid impairment at any LKC® or third-party event.
COMMUNITY BEHAVIOR & INTERPERSONAL STANDARDS
1. No Bullying — I will not engage in bullying, harassment, intimidation, or any behavior that disrupts the emotional safety of the community.
2. Inclusive Interaction — I will keep conversations open, welcoming, and inclusive. I will avoid gossip, drama, or exclusionary behavior.
3. Responsible Communication — I will communicate respectfully and avoid explicit, sexual, aggressive, or inappropriate messaging.
LEGAL & LIABILITY PROTECTIONS
1. Voluntary Participation — I understand that LKC® does not supervise, monitor, or control my interactions. I participate voluntarily and at my own discretion.
2. Liability Waiver — I understand that LKC® and its Partners are not liable for my personal decisions, choices, interactions, or outcomes.
3. Safety Removal Clause — I understand that LKC® may suspend or remove any member who poses a safety risk, violates community standards, or disrupts the environment.
BRAND, IP & ORGANIZATIONAL PROTECTION
1. Intellectual Property Respect — I will not copy, replicate, or reverse-engineer LKC® systems, branding, or technology.
2. No Unauthorized Promotion — I will not use LKC® to promote outside businesses, events, or agendas without written approval.
3. Community Contribution — I will contribute positively to the LKC® environment, helping maintain a space that feels elevated, safe, and mature for everyone.
