3. Membership and Fees
LKC offers various membership tiers with different features and pricing:
- Waitlist Fee: $30 (non-refundable application fee)
- French Kiss (Standard) Membership: Starting at $300/year
- French Premier KISS Membership: Starting at $1,100/year
Membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. Memberships are valid for one year from the date of activation.
4. User Conduct
As a member, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information in your profile
- Treat other members with respect and courtesy
- Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior
- Not use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Not share your account credentials with others
- Not post inappropriate, offensive, or misleading content
5. Matchmaking Services
LKC provides personalized matchmaking services and curated experiences for singles. While we strive to facilitate meaningful connections, we do not guarantee any specific outcomes or results from our services. Compatibility and relationship success depend on many factors beyond our control.
6. Partner Program
LKC Partners (Single Scouts and Creative Partners) may earn commissions by referring new members. Commission rates and payment terms are subject to change. Partners must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when promoting LKC services.
7. Intellectual Property
The LKC name, logo, and all content on our platform are owned by LKC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding or content without explicit permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
LKC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of our services, interactions with other members, or reliance on information provided through our platform. We do not conduct background checks on members.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also cancel your membership at any time by contacting us.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on our platform. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
