CORE CONDUCT & PROFESSIONALISM

1. Professional Conduct — I will maintain the highest standards of professionalism in all interactions with singles, team members, and the LKC® community.

2. Brand Representation — I will represent the LKC® brand with integrity, honesty, and enthusiasm at all times.

3. Responsible Communication — I will communicate respectfully and avoid explicit, sexual, aggressive, or inappropriate messaging.

4. Community Safety — I will contribute to a safe, mature, and emotionally grounded environment for all participants.

REFERRALS, RECRUITMENT & TEAM BUILDING

1. Ethical Referrals — I will only refer individuals who I genuinely believe will benefit the LKC® community and who do not pose a threat to the agency, its participants, or its vendors.

2. Responsible Recruitment — I will recruit singles, scouts, and partners with honesty, transparency, and respect for their autonomy.

3. Conflict of Interest Disclosure — I will disclose any personal or business relationships that may influence my referrals or recruitment decisions.

4. No Unauthorized Matchmaking — I will not create side groups, dating circles, or matchmaking services using LKC® members.

PRIVACY, DATA & INFORMATION PROTECTION

1. Confidentiality — I will keep all member information strictly confidential and never share sensitive data outside of official LKC® channels.

2. Dual-Role Privacy — If I am also an active Single, I will not use my Partner or Scout role to access, share, or leverage personal information for any purpose outside of LKC® guidelines.

3. No Data Harvesting — I will not collect, scrape, store, or export member information for any external purpose.

4. No Recording or Media Misuse — I will not record, film, or photograph any member without explicit consent. I will not post LKC® content publicly without permission.

5. Truthful Representation — I affirm that all information I provide to LKC® is accurate and truthful. I will not misrepresent my identity, age, relationship status, or intentions.

EVENTS, EXPERIENCES & THIRD-PARTY INTERACTIONS

1. Event Etiquette — I will arrive on time, bring grounded energy, and contribute to an elevated environment aligned with LKC® standards.

2. Third-Party Event Disclaimer — I understand that LKC® is not responsible for any third-party events, venues, vendors, or experiences. • Participation is voluntary. • I attend at my own discretion. • I am responsible for my own safety and choices.

3. Hosted Event Responsibility — If I host an event or trip, I assume full responsibility for the environment, participants, and outcomes. LKC® is not liable for any issues arising from events I personally organize.

4. Alcohol Responsibility — I will maintain full awareness of my actions and avoid impairment at any LKC® or third-party event.

LEGAL & LIABILITY PROTECTIONS

1. Voluntary Participation — I understand that LKC® does not supervise, monitor, or control my interactions. I participate voluntarily and at my own discretion.

2. Liability Waiver — I understand that LKC® and its Partners are not liable for my personal decisions, choices, interactions, or outcomes.

3. Compliance — I will comply with all LKC® policies, guidelines, and legal requirements, including tax reporting obligations.

4. Safety Removal Clause — I understand that LKC® may suspend or remove any member who poses a safety risk, violates community standards, or disrupts the environment.

BRAND, IP & ORGANIZATIONAL PROTECTION

1. Intellectual Property Respect — I will not copy, replicate, or reverse-engineer LKC® systems, branding, or technology.

2. No Unauthorized Promotion — I will not use LKC® to promote outside businesses, events, or agendas without written approval.

3. Team Support — I will actively support my team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative environment.

4. Continuous Growth — I will seek to continuously improve my skills and knowledge to better serve the LKC® community.
